Clearpay is designed to help you stay on track with your payments by automatically deducting them from your chosen payment method. However, if you miss a payment, Clearpay will apply a late fee. Here’s what happens if you miss a payment:

If you miss a payment, Clearpay charges a late fee of up to £6. The late fee can be applied each time a payment is missed, with a cap on late fees at 25% of the order value. It’s important to ensure that your payment method has sufficient funds to avoid any extra charges.

Clearpay is available for all treatments at London Beauty Clinic, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, and other services. There are no restrictions on which services can be paid for using Clearpay with a maximum spend of £1000.
London Beauty Clinic does not provide refunds for treatments that have already been received. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a course of treatment and no sessions have been used, you are entitled to a full refund. Should you be advised by a medical professional not to continue with your course of treatment, please provide a medical report from your doctor. If any sessions have been utilised, the cost of these will be deducted from the refund value, calculated at a pay-as-you-go rate.
You can track your Clearpay payments through the Clearpay app or website. From there, you can view your upcoming payments, update your payment details, and manage your account.
